The Uvac Special Nature Reserve (Serbian: Специјални резерват природе Увац / Specijalni rezervat prirode Uvac) is a special nature reserve of the category I in Serbia. It is known for the successful project of the preservation of the griffon vulture. The reserve is located in southwestern Serbia, comprising the valley of the Uvac river. The Uvac gorge is known for its pinched meanders, which are often used in promotional touristic publications from Serbia.
